Preventative Maintenance: We begin with a thorough cleaning of your sewer line twenty feet from the house towards the street, removing potential clogs before they cause problems.
Priority Service: Program members enjoy free cleanouts during regular business hours (Monday-Saturday, 6am-8pm) to address minor clogs and maintain smooth drainage.
24/7 Emergency Response: Even with preventative measures, emergencies can happen. Our program offers priority response within 4 hours for urgent sewer backups, even after hours and on weekends.
Reduced Emergency Service Fees: Program members receive a significant discount on emergency service fees compared to non-program customers. (Note: Additional fees may apply for service outside regular business hours and on major holidays.)
Camera Inspection Option: If you experience a second backup within 30 days, the program offers a discounted camera inspection to identify the cause of the problem and recommend solutions.
Hydro-Jetting Option: For stubborn clogs or persistent issues, our program members can request optional hydro-jetting services at a discounted rate. Hydro-jetting utilizes a high-pressure water stream to thoroughly clean and clear your sewer line.
What’s Included in Our Sewer Protection Program:
Annual sewer line cleaning (20 feet from the house towards the street)

Foreign object removal from the sewer line
Service for multi-family homes (this program is for single and two-family homes only)

Limited Liability: Our liability for any obligation under this contract is limited to the cost of the annual subscription fee or $350, whichever is less.

ALL PURPOSE SEWER AND DRAINS CORP
SEWER MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT
The undersigned homeowner agrees to the following terms:
All Purpose Sewer and Drains Corp (the “Company”) shall provide the following services for the fee of 1. $89.99 annual fee 2. $19.99 monthly.
Upon payment of the initial deposit the property sewer service line will be cleaned out twenty feet from the house towards the street.
During the contract term the homeowner will be entitled to free cleanouts Monday to Saturday between the hours of 6am and 8pm.
If service is required Sunday and or hours after 8pm and before 6am there will be an additional emergency fee approximately $175.00.
Not covered under all major holidays (thanksgiving, Christmas, new years, Labor Day, 4th of July). There will be an additional emergency fee.
Upon receipt of notification of a backup the Company will respond within 4 hours.
If this is the 2nd backup within 30 days of each other the homeowner is required to pay for a camera examination to identify the issue creating the backup. This will be at a cost of 450.00.
The homeowner will also have the option of requesting the sewer line ne ”hydro jetted”. This fee is to be determined at the time of request.
Upon camera inspection a report will be given to the homeowner identifying issues that need to be addressed.
This service does not include toilet bowl clean outs. This is a house service clean out.
The service includes snaking out from the house trap on the street side and house side to the connection to the street within 20 feet.
This service does not include actual clean up of any sewer backup in or around the house.
The company is not responsible for existing plumbing lines if they were to break in the process of cleaning the sewer.
If your sewer line is in need of camera examination that is not included in monthly subscription.
If your sewer line is backed up and require foreign object to be extracted that is not included in protection plan
This plan is for 1 and 2 family homes only.
The company’s liability for any obligation under this contract is limited to the cost of the annual subscription fee or $350 dollars whichever is less.
The company reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
